PheedLoop has been a trusted name in the events industry for nearly 10 years. Our platform has powered thousands of in-person events, and one of the most critical aspects of these events is the management of exhibitors. With the Exhibitor Application module, event admins can easily manage prospective companies applying to their event, purchase booths, select booths, and manage the entire exhibitor experience within the Exhibitor Portal. Similar to our other modules, such as the Event Website and Event Registration, it’s now time for the Exhibitor Application to get a major facelift and update!

Improved User Experience
For the most part, the Exhibitor Application user flow has remained largely unchanged. However, the look and feel of the Application has been improved - it’s now faster, easier and more intuitive than ever before. The improved user interface makes it easier for exhibitors to submit their applications and select their booths. For event managers, this means that they can save time and streamline their workflow, allowing them to more leads and sponsorship revenue.
Custom CSS
We understand that every event is unique and requires its own branding and customization. That's why we've added support for custom CSS in the Exhibitor Application Module. With this upgrade, event managers can now add their own visual customizations to the application, giving them the power to make it their own. This means that the Exhibitor Application can now be fully branded to match their unique visual identity, providing a more cohesive and professional look and feel throughout their event. This customization option is an excellent feature for events that have specific branding requirements or want to stand out from the crowd.
Interactive Maps Integration
The Exhibitor Application module works hand in hand with our brand new Interactive Maps Module. The integration of these two makes it easy for exhibitors to select their preferred booth location directly from the interactive map. This feature is incredibly helpful for exhibitors, as it allows them to get a better sense of the event layout and location of other exhibitors, and select the optimal location of their own booths. The Interactive Maps Module is also incredibly useful for event managers, as it makes it easier to manage booth assignments and transactions all in one place, simplifying the overall event planning process.
Opportunities for Future Improvements
The updated Exhibitor Application Module is just the beginning. We are committed to continuously improving our modules, and the Exhibitor Application Module is no exception. This new update brings with it lots of opportunities for even more updates, feature upgrades, and improvements. One item that we want to tease is the capability to do Exhibitor First Right of Refusal. This feature will allow events that run annually in PheedLoop to give returning exhibitors the ability to select their booth locations first.
